ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS

  1. Only a guest who is registered for the accommodation may stay in the accommodation facility. For this purpose, he presents his ID card, passport, or other valid identity document to the worker upon arrival.
  2. Guest visits to the room must be announced at the reception upon arrival and approved by the accommodated guest as well as the reception staff.
  3. Use of accommodation in the accommodation facility is permitted only to persons who are not affected by infectious diseases.
  4. Guests can be accommodated from 2 p.m. on the day of entry. The room is reserved for the guest until 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until the same time, the guest house is obliged to accommodate the guest, unless otherwise stated in the order. In the event that the guest does not board by the specified time, the boarding house can use the room freely.
  5. The boarding house provides services to guests in the scope and quality determined by the relevant decree on the categorization of accommodation facilities, according to which the boarding house is classified.
  6. When occupying a room, the client checks the condition and functionality of the equipment in the room in his own interest and immediately reports any defects to the operator of the accommodation facility.
  7. The guest agrees that a maid, maintenance worker or other person authorized by the company manager has the right to enter his room during the entire rental period for the purpose of performing his official duties.
  8. The guest pays the bill for the accommodation in accordance with the valid price list, as a rule, before the start of the accommodation, or by agreement.
  9. In exceptional cases, the guesthouse can offer the guest a different accommodation (a different room) than was agreed upon, unless it differs significantly from the confirmed order.
  10. In the room and social areas of the accommodation facility, the guest may not make changes to the equipment, or interfere with the electrical or other installation, without the consent of the management of the accommodation facility.
  11. The operator of the accommodation facility is responsible for jewelry, money and other valuables only if he has taken them to the storage room (safe) of the accommodation facility.
  12. From 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the client is obliged to observe night silence.
  13. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the room, corridors and other social areas of the accommodation facility.
  14. When leaving the room, the client is obliged to close the water taps, turn off electrical appliances and room lighting, and close the doors and windows when leaving.
  15. After the end of the agreed time for accommodation, the client is obliged to leave the area of ​​the accommodation facility by 10:00 a.m. If the guest does not do so, the guesthouse has the right to charge him for an extension of his stay according to the valid price list.
  16. If the guest requests an extension of the stay, the boarding house can offer him a different room than the one in which he was originally accommodated.
  17. For damage caused to the pension’s property or the guest is responsible for the loss of keys according to applicable regulations.
  18. In particular, the following is prohibited in the premises of the entire boarding house:
  • damage or destroy the pension’s property, manipulate any technical or technological equipment and facilities of the pension and carry out any activities that threaten the safety of the pension’s property and the people who are in it
  • behave in an unsociable, disruptive or otherwise unacceptable manner, either verbally or physically
  • smoke (possibility of smoking only in the designated area in front of the entrance to the building)
  • possessing and using narcotics and other narcotic and prohibited substances
  • enter the boarding house with live animals
  • bring in or keep with you items that threaten public safety, the life and health of visitors and employees of the boarding house
  • use sports equipment and objects of larger dimensions (skis, sledges, bicycles, boxes, etc.). These items will be kept in the storage facilities of the accommodation facility during his stay, if he is interested.
  • organize and play public gambling games, distribute political leaflets
  • handle open fire
  • use any electrical appliances (except for personal hygiene items) without the prior written permission of the company manager
  • leave and provide accommodation to other persons who are not guests of the boarding house
  • bring firearms and other dangerous objects into the boarding house
  1. The client is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules from the moment he rented the room.
  2. In the event that it is seriously violated, the management of the accommodation facility has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services even before the end of the agreed period with immediate effect and without reimbursement of the accommodation fee.
  3. In case of riots, either when consuming alcohol or any other substance, or incompatibility, the operator of the accommodation facility with the assistance of SBS or the Police has the right to terminate the guest’s stay with immediate effect

Fee schedule for damage caused:

  1. loss of keys – EUR 100
  2. violation of the smoking ban – EUR 200 + immediate termination of stay
  3. No dogs allowed – immediate termination of stay
  4. property damage – depending on the extent of the damage caused
  5. Theft of company property – depending on the type of item stolen + filing a report with the Police to initiate criminal prosecution for theft
